The AS150M is a brilliant piece of kit.....1000 times better than the suction systems that we trialled. This Air Separator is self contained - so it is easy to install (no tools needed, no modifications to equipment feeding the Air Separator) and simple to set up. There is some much adjustment in the parameters ie.,accelerator conveyor position and speed, fans speed and drum speed, that it can handle anything we throw at it. Even really wet material. The magnetic head drum recovers the metals - a revenue source we were previously missing so now we have not only reduced our costs but increased our revenues.
