When RGS Nordic, one of Denmark’s leading environmental companies were deciding how to invest in new recycling equipment they reached out to M&K, one of the world’s leading recycling solutions designers, for expert advice. Top of RGS Nordic’s agenda was increased recovery and flexibility.
Challenge
RGS had outgrown their previous static solution which had limited capacity. Strategically RGS were keen to invest in a new recycling system that could be easily reconfigured in the future, if and when the market demanded.

Process
RS514T sizes the material into 3 fractions. 0-10mm, 10-50, +50mm
AS510T cleans the 10-50mm heavy fraction by recovering the light fraction & the fe.
PS312M recovers +50mm RDF, Wood, Plastics, Fe, Non Fe & Inert Fraction.
RS514T + AS150T + PS312M connected to mains power after initial setup
