How to Unfold an RS514T Track Recycling Screen

Step-by-step instructions and video guide for safely unfolding an RS514T track recycling screen before operation

Safety Checklist (Before Unfolding)
Before unfolding the RS514T track recycling screen, ensure the following checks have been completed:

✅ The machine is positioned on level, stable ground
✅ All personnel are clear of the machine and unfolding area
✅ Emergency stop (E‑stop) buttons are checked and functioning
✅ Engine oil level has been checked and is within specification
✅ Diesel fuel level is sufficient for operation
✅ Hydraulic oil level has been checked and is correct
✅ No visible damage, loose components, or obstructions are present
✅ All guards and protective covers are correctly fitted
✅ The operator has clear visibility of all moving components
⚠️ Important:
If any of the above checks are not satisfactory, do not start or unfold the machine.

Sequence

  1. Start Generator
  2. Switch Hydraulic Powerpack on
  3. Unfold Fold Fines Conveyor
  4. Unfold Mid Size Conveyor
  5. Raise Oversize Conveyor
  6. Move Feeder toward screen
  7. Raise Screen
  8. Secure modules with pins to ensure no movement during operation

If any of the above are not satisfactory do not start the machine
Turn the key switch to ‘ON’. Generator will start. HMI will boot up in a few seconds
